For productions, properties, and the people accountable for both

Foliage that finishes the room.

Live plants for productions, properties, and parties — installed by the family that’s been doing it since 1975. The same crews you’ve seen working on Sopranos, Law & Order, and Nurse Jackie work on Class A office lobbies, Soho retail flagships, hotel rooftops, and private gardens. Whether the room is a TV set, a wedding, a brownstone, or a tower lobby, the standard doesn’t change.

§02 — Why people pick us

Four things you might not get elsewhere.

On screen

Live plants from the same crews you’ve seen on Sopranos, Law & Order, and Nurse Jackie.

Productions hire us when the foliage has to read on camera and survive a fourteen-hour shoot day. Class A office lobbies, Soho retail flagships, hotel rooftops, and private gardens get the same crews and the same standard. The discipline that holds up under a 4K lens holds up in your lobby.

Since 1975

Fifty years. Three generations of one family.

Our founder installed his first commercial plant program in 1975, in a Midtown lobby that’s been sold three times since. The plants are still alive. We’re now installing our second generation of plants in that lobby — and our second generation of the family is running the install. Most of our competitors have been operating for less than ten years.

Family-run

Crews on payroll, paid above market, stay for decades.

Plant programs only stay finished when the people installing and maintaining them care about the work. Our staff is on payroll — not 1099, not subcontracted — paid above market rate for commercial horticulture. Most have been with the company for over a decade. The crew that installs your program is the same crew that maintains it.

Days, not weeks

Most installs complete in days, not weeks. Without cutting the work.

Event windows, opening dates, lease commencement schedules, production calendars — none of them slip on our end. Fifty years of figuring out how to move fast without cutting the work. We’ve installed retail flagships in eleven days when the calendar required it.

§03 — Selected work

Real spaces. Real install context. Real maintenance photos.

Every project shown is a real, finished installation — commercial interiors, hospitality, residential outdoor rooms, event environments, and live productions. Same crews. Same standards. Same accountability across all five.

§04 — Who it’s for

Built for the people accountable for how the space looks.

Five audiences share one job: the room has to perform on sight. Productions, properties, hospitality, facilities, and events — different calendars, same standard.

Owners & developers

Lobbies that have to sell the building. Amenity floors that have to lease the units. Common areas that get photographed in the marketing package. Plant programs that hold up after the leasing team moves on.

Hospitality

Restaurants, hotel lobbies, bars, rooftops, and guest-facing amenities where the planting reads in every guest photograph and every review. Crews credentialed for ongoing property access after install.

Facilities & property management

Office floors, executive suites, and tenant-facing space where the planting has to look professional every day and respond fast when something fails. COIs, dock coordination, and after-hours access handled in advance.

Event producers

Weddings, brand launches, media events, and productions where foliage is part of the scene that gets photographed. Designed, built, installed, maintained, and removed on a calendar that doesn’t slip.

Productions

Film, television, and commercial sets where the live foliage has to look real on camera, survive a fourteen-hour shoot day, and break down without leaving a trace. The discipline that holds up on a 4K lens is the same discipline we bring to every other category.

§05 — Scope

We design, install, and maintain.

Every project runs concept to ongoing care under one team. No design hand-offs, no sub-contracted installs, no untrained crews showing up after delivery.

01 — Design

Design

Concept development, plant specification, sourcing, drawings, and integration with your architect or design team. Or we carry the full design lift in-house if that’s the cleaner path.

02 — Install

Install

Delivery, site coordination, COIs, dock scheduling, building protection, and on-site management through completion and sign-off. Projects reach the property with the design intact and the schedule respected.

03 — Maintain

Maintain

Recurring service, plant replacement, seasonal rotation, and dedicated crews with property credentials. Installations stay finished, not just installed.

§06 — Start a project

Already know what you want? Send us the brief.

Send the property type, neighborhood, scope, and timeline. If it’s a fit, we respond within one business day with the next practical step. If you don’t know what you want yet, the render service above is the faster path.

Start a project

We respond to qualified intakes within one business day. The render service is the faster path for projects still in early scoping.
§07 — Common questions

The questions that come up most often.

What’s the render service and how does it work?+
Upload three to five photos of your space and a one-paragraph brief. Within seven business days you receive a render of what we’d install, plus a real quote and a real install timeline. The $500 render fee is credited against the project if you proceed. If you don’t, the render is yours to keep — no follow-up calls, no pitch deck.
Do you work in residential and event settings, or just commercial?+
All five — commercial, hospitality, residential, events, and film/TV productions. The work is run by the same family from the same NYC office. The same crews handle Class A office installs, hotel rooftops, private gardens, wedding productions, and television sets. The standard doesn’t change based on the category.
Can you handle off-hours installs in Class A buildings?+
Yes. Most Class A installs run evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting tenants or operations. COIs, dock coordination, freight elevator scheduling, and building protection are handled by our project team before the install crew arrives on site.
Do you work with our architect or design team?+
Yes. A large share of our work originates from architecture firms, workplace design firms, and production designers. We integrate plant programs into your existing design package, attend design coordination meetings, and provide specification documentation that fits the project’s format. Or we carry the full design lift in-house when that’s the cleaner path.
What about ongoing maintenance after install?+
Every install is paired with a recurring maintenance program — watering, pruning, plant replacement, seasonal rotation, and on-call response when something fails in a visible area. The crew that installs your program is the same crew that maintains it. Crews carry property credentials for predictable access after install.
How fast can you actually move?+
Most installations complete in days, not weeks. We’ve installed retail flagships in eleven days when the calendar required it. Event windows, opening dates, lease commencement schedules, and production calendars don’t slip on our end. Fifty years of moving fast without cutting the work.
Is there a project minimum?+
No formal minimum. The render service ($500) is the same regardless of project size — credited against the project if you approve the work. If your project is small enough that the design and install can run on a streamlined path, we’ll tell you that during the render review.
